Welcome to our gallery. Our goal is to capture and show the beauty of our world in all its aspects. Therefore, our portfolio includes landscapes, plants, flower macros, wild mammals and birds such as the beautiful hummingbirds and the fantastic quetzals from Central America and insects as well as portraits of people from different countries that we visit on our travels. Focusing on the essentials - true to our motto "Less is More" - leads to a multitude of beautiful minimalist images. Water and its many facets, such as abstract reflections on the surface, powerful waves and spray of our oceans, rivers and waterfalls, tiny dew drops and bizarre forms of ice, is one of our favorite designs. Such an awesome abstract work!!! And the description is incredible!!! Never knew this! Amazed at the ability of these women!! Must take many hours!!! Done by hand I'm assuming! Can't imagine!! Very labor intensive! I have sewn a little by hand and with a machine. Takes much patience. I'm in awe of their handiwork! I'm sure seeing these women wearing these is an awesome array of artwork on display! Thanks for capturing and taking the time to explain! :)
Heiko Koehrer-Wagner replied:
Lisa, thank you so very much for your nice feedback. I must confess that I very often use descriptions from Wikipedia or other sources. That's because my wife and I are not native English speakers (mostly my wife writes the titles and descriptions, she is better in English than me). Using these sources makes it much easier for us. Hope you don't mind :-) Thank's again for your lovely comments. I appreciate them very much!
