Description
The word "trapiche" comes from Spanish and is used for gears to squeeze the juice from sugar cane. Oxen or bulls are used to run the trapiche. Nowadays mostly machines take over the hard work of the sugar cane farmers. This old still working trapiche we found in Panama. - Real hard work!
