Wow..Great capture! Beautiful bird. At Guatemala there is a city called Quetzaltenango, and the money was (still is?) the "quetzal".

They are rather seldom seen, Therese. And if, they mostly are sitting very high above in the trees where you don't capture them well with the camera.
